Mums’ English Circle Terms and Conditions

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Mums’ English Circle (“Organization”) and you (“Member”), and comes into effect as of your first 

• Member Benefits

As part of membership with Mums’ English Circle, the Member will receive the following benefits:

Access to all Zoom online meetings, and access to the recordings

• Membership Dues

Payments

Mums' English Circle is a paid subscription of $25 per month or $250 a year. Payments are accepted via credit card, Stripe, PayPal or Alipay.

Some members will be eligible for a pricing adjustment based their location and intersections in an effort to create an accessible and equitable pricing structure. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please email abbie@englishwithabigail.com

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription to the community at any time.

If you are planning on cancelling, please ensure you give yourself plenty of time before your next payment goes through.

Removal

Cancellation can happen at any time but removal from the community happens after your subscription is no longer active.

Cancellation of your subscription will result in removal of the community space and removal from any subsequent communications about the community.

For example, if your monthly payment usually takes place on the 15th of the month and you cancel your subscription on the 5th, you will be removed on the 16th.

Refunds

If you try Mums' English Circle and do not like it, please email abbie@englishwithabigail.com within 30 days of your first payment, in order to get a full refund.

After your first 30 days are up, refunds are on a case-by-case basis in Mums' English Circle. We do understand that there can be instances where a refund is required but we can't guarantee any refunds will be granted if requested.

• Restrictions

Members are required to be over the age of 18 years old to join.

The Member agrees that they will not:

• Share their login information with non-members
• Reproduce any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with non-members
• Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions
• Sharing materials that are false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, or offensive
• Violent language or images
• Disrespect toward differences of opinion
• Public or private harassment of any kind
• Trolling, insulting comments, and personal or political attacks
• Publishing others' private information, such as a physical or electronic address, without permission
• Sustained disruption of discussion
• Publicly sharing information explicitly intended to be private
• Advocating or encouraging any of the above behaviour

• Liability

The Member will not hold the Organization liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.

The Member agrees that the Organization cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices. 

• Privacy and confidentiality 

In order to keep Mums' English Circle a safe space, members agree that content in the community and member's identities will remain confidential and won't be used in any external channels, materials, or media, unless otherwise specified by Mums' English Circle and related parties, and with permission from the members featured.

• Content

All right, title and interest in any proprietary content developed by Abigail Fulbrook as well as any processes or procedures relating to that content, is and shall at all times remain the sole and exclusive property of Abigail Fulbrook

This content is for your personal use only. You may freely use the procedures and techniques demonstrated in the content (a.k.a the knowledge you gain from the community content) for any commercial or personal purpose.

You may NOT use, copy or publish the content for any commercial purpose. You must NOT redistribute the content without explicit permission from Abigail Fulbrook, and any members featured in the materials.

• Membership Termination

The Organization has a right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this Agreement are violated. The Member can terminate their membership at any point and for any reason and will not be charged for their next billing cycle.
